Type-1 and Type-2 Diabetes

Diabetes is a disease under which your blood glucose, blood sugar levels are too high. Diabetes mellitus is commonly known as Diabetes. The hormone insulin supplies the sugar from the blood to your cells which is to be stored or used for energy. When a person suffers from diabetes, then either the body of the person doesn’t make the enough insulin or can’t use the insulin it makes effectively. It is derived after doing many clinical trials on animal models. People affected from type1 and type 2 diabetes has an increased risk of developing so many other serious health problems also. In addition to this, people with diabetes also tend to have a higher risk of developing infections. In almost all high-income countries, diabetes is increasing and leading to other diseases also like cardiovascular disease, blindness, kidney failure, and lower limb amputation.
